Annual General Meeting Notice

RE: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS – 2026
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF MEMBERS OF THE MACKSVILLE COUNTRY CLUB WILL BE HELD IN THE CLUB DINING ROOM ON SUNDAY 3rd MAY 2026 COMMENCING AT 1:00PM.
ALL ELIGIBLE FINANCIAL MEMBERS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND – PLEASE NOTE THAT WHILST SOCIAL MEMBERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO VOTE, THEY ARE STILL MOST WELCOME TO ATTEND THE AGM
NOMINATION FORMS for BOARD MEMBERS ARE AVAILABLE ON THE CLUB NOTICE BOARD AND WILL CLOSE ON Tuesday 14th April 2026. Nomination forms & candidate bios must be completed, and remain posted on the notice board for public viewing until 3:00pm Friday 1st May 2026.
The following board positions are available for nomination:
- Chairperson
- Vice-Chairperson
- Treasurer
- Secretary
Please note: It is mandatory for any nominating director to hold a Director Identification Number from ASIC and complete a Consent to Act form prior to election at the AGM.
VOTING for BOARD MEMBER POSITIONS will OPEN from on Friday 17th April 2026 & will VOTING will CLOSE at 3:00PM Friday 1st May 2026. Please note that only MCC Golf and / or Bowls Members are eligible to vote.
Any questions regarding the functioning of the Club are more than welcome. We request submittance in writing by 3:00pm on Friday 17th April 2026 to allow information to be collated by the Board.
ANY NOTICE OF MOTION FOR THE AGM MUST BE IN WRITING AND SUBMITTED BY 3:00PM on Friday 17th April 2026.
The Annual Report & Financial Statements will be made available once auditors have finalised the reports.
