Macksville Country Club has recently commenced extensive renovations to improve its golf course. As part of the first phase, the tee locations on the 5th and 7th holes have been elevated. This modification minimises course closures during bad weather, ensuring uninterrupted play for all golfers. In the next phase, we will refurbish the greens of the 4th, 6th, and 7th holes. These greens will undergo both elevation and expansion, doubling their original size.
Additionally, new slopes and mounds will be strategically added to enhance the overall visual appeal and increase the course’s variety. We extend our deepest appreciation to our members and visitors for their unwavering support during this transformative period. By implementing innovative turf-cutting and reuse techniques, we are confident that the course will be fully operational again in the near future.
